"Not a very good experience, took my pet to have a small growth looked at, not bad the Doctor was great..I had asked for an estimate and they said it would be around 580.00 dollars to have the growth on his eyelid removed. I never received the test results from the first visit, second visit I dropped off my dog for procedure and asked again for a rough estimate approximately 700.dollars removed unnecessary items like special food which I explained the dog eat he is a rescue…that night I waited an hour after they told me to be there a certain hour and was charged over 900..dollars, getting my pets records and going to another vet that is more reasonable and better service as it relates to one individual which has a very nasty attitude Erik added the same ointment on the 900 dollars bill he had charged me for in the previous visit impossible to go through ointment in a week."

"Excellent service! We were not previously clients, but needed to have our elderly Yorkie seen urgently. Even in the midst of the Covid 19 crisis, they agreed to take care of our fur baby right away. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. The doctor was able to diagnose and treat the problem during the visit. He also prescribed and dispensed the medications she needed. Dr. Viamonte was kind and knowledgeable, and explained the treatment in clear simple terms. Their fees were also very reasonable.
