"Banfield at Plaza Alegre is one of the best, the doctors and office staff are very compassionate and kind and their care and attention to my senior dog means so much to me!! Thank you again for all you do!"
"Amazing attention, fast service, and full explanation of every step to help improve your pets needs and health. Whenever I go, I always get the family treatment. They explain everything in detail, provide multiple solutions, and help in every way possible. I highly recommend Banfield to anyone and everyone who treats their pet like Family!!"
"Thank you to Dr De Los Santos and his staff for being so kind and helpful with us regarding our dog Bailey. You treated him with kindness and care. His process was very peaceful, and that made our family feel much more comfortable.Very pleased and happy with how he was delivered back to us.Restrepo Sanchez Family"
"UNETHICAL - READ BEFORE YOU VISIT. I recently had to bring my dog here paid for X-rays and blood test, close to $400, and in full faith believed their diagnosis that my dog was "Healthy" (from below Vet), although dog's behavior continued and was obviously not right. Reached out again next day and communicated with different Vet, from same clinic, who gave an opposite but more realistic diagnosis that the dog suffered from more severe conditions. As painful as it was to hear, I wish they would be honest with us instead of charged the close to $400 for FALSE HOPES."
