I scheduled my appointment a month in advance only for them to cancel my appointment minutes before my scheduled appointment, but wants patients to provide a 24 hour cancellation notice or the patient will have a cancellation fee…. What a waste of my time and the staff member that called me had a nonchalant attitude!!!!!! If I could have gave zero stars I would have !!!!!!!"

"absolute worst experience ever and dr Yolanda is terrible. You can never get a hold of anyone, the doctor does not care about your needs, she refused to help me with my asthma concerns and kept telling me to just get help from a walk in clinic instead of actually trying to help her patient. My appointments with her were always met with attitude on her end as if she was bothered to be there. terrible customer service, no one has any idea whats going on whenever you finally get a hold of them after about 3-4 hrs of calling. dont come here."

"Absolute horrible costumer service, to make an appointment take about 20-30 phone call trys. They dont pick up their phones, I even tried a case manager option and got so unlucky. They must get better at this, get a call center or staff that can take the calls, or please create a website so patients can make their own appoitments. I left so many voice mails a no one has gotten back to me just for a re-sched for an appointment."
