"It's nearly impossible to speak to a person. The answering machine takes you into an endless loop. I received a text message from them saying my new prescription was ready. When I followed the link the next day, it wasn't there. When I finally spoke to a person, after continually pressing 0, they told me it was out of stock. At least another nearby location had it and I was able to get it."
"Spoke to the pharmacist, and when I said have a good day, she hung right up on me. I felt like that was pretty rude. You don’t do that because I was saying have a great day and she didn’t say anything back she just hung up."
"This is the ONLY pharmacy in SW Florida that answers the GD phone!! Not only that, but super helpful and courteous. Manager and staff should get a raise."
"If i could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst CVs I've ever stepped into. Your CVs manager Is a racist. RUDE AS EVER Acted like I was planning on stealing or something. I was there for a collage project with my class and was singled out. The staff is horrible and I will be calling corporate. Clearly ur manager likes to single out people of color. I am very aware that apparently our class wasn't allowed to be there according to the manager. I didn't know it was a crime to read the back of vitamins bottles. Or is it only a crime when people that look a certain way? I have tattoos and brown skin."
