"Can't complain about the care or cost. That said, when we picked up our dog after surgery everything was handled at the counter. I asked if a Vet would speak to us, post surgery, and I was told no. As the young lady was trying to explain the aftercare instructions there was a large dog in the lobby barking to the point it was difficult to hear. I think this process should have been done in an exam room where it is a calm atmosphere and you can think about questions you may have without a large dog barking, making it very difficult to hear. When we got home we did have questions about when to start her pain meds. We called and the person asked did not seem to be confident in their response. Had this pickup been done in a calm space the experience would have been much better."
