"MPG is pretty well run, but this lab has problems. They don't answer their phone. I've called more than a dozen times over the past three weeks. When you leave a message for a call back as I did three times, they don't return your call. Their website to make an appointment errors out, even though the same website works fine for other MPG locations. The girls at the front desk told me the website wasn't their problem. UPDATE: To be totally fair to MPG, I was able to schedule an appointment with the Port Charlotte location. They answered their phone, got me scheduled, and were very nice."

"I gave this lab my Dr orders and set up my 4 appts for lab work. When I showed up for the first appt, I was told they couldn't find the orders. I called the doctor and had the orders resent. They can't find them still."
