MinuteClinic at CVS 2400 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, FL 33950

"Horrible unhelpful experience! I had made an appointment the day before for 9:30AM. Arrived a few minutes before and waited over 45 minutes to be told that despite all instructions referring to the MinuteClinic and saying to check in at the MinuteClinic (as I did), the shots are handled by the pharmacy. Change your messaging and signage if that is the case. At the pharmacy they wouldn't honor my appointment that I had made prior and I had to go through and fill out everything again as a "walk-in" only to be told it would be a long wait and would have to pay out of pocket as my insurance was no longer accepted. I had already uploaded my insurance card online prior to making the appointment and that would have been a fine time to tell me that instead of waiting until I was there in person having waited over an hour at this point to be helped. Very poor experience and customer service."

"Terrible experience!!! Female doctor was completely rude and condescending - she must be a miserable human being overall. No thanks, walked out!!! CVS should read these reviews and get their stores straightened out!!! These aren’t the people you want representing your business…"

"I made an appointment in the store at the kiosk and I received a confirmation, my appointment was for the following morning. When I arrived for my appointment and attempted to check in at the same kiosk, it was unable to locate my appointment after several attempts, I gave up. Several other people waiting were telling me no one had ask to check them in or answer any questions. Later that day I received a text stating they were sorry I was unable to attend my appointment and would I like to reschedule?!!"

"Been sitting an hour past my appointment, nobody says anything like sorry for wait or anything. Was only 1 person in waiting room. Appointment at 11:15 it's now 12:15. And they say arrive 15 minutes early ?!?!? More like you can arrive 40 minutes late and still be good. It's sad when the ER would be quicker than a clinic you booked appointment with. Shut this operation down CVS you failed !!! And from looking at reviews I'm not the only one with this issue"

"Great system for making and confirming appointments. Check in was easy. Then we waited… What happens when you don’t see anyone at all and it’s now 30 minutes past your scheduled 15 minute appointment time? We went to the pharmacy to ask what we should do. Stay or leave? They were indifferent and no one really seemed to care. We eventually got in but don’t want to ever go back to a store where employees don’t care about helping you. Life’s too short."
