"I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru while the attendant waited on 2 people. 2 people!! Ridiculous to begin...The doctors' office actually called me today because they said the pharmacy wouldn't answer the phone, one time she actually waited on hold 30 minutes and noone ever answered. Then she called me back to tell me she finally got thru. When I showed up at the pharmacy, they didn't have the prescription. Pharmacist said i'd have to come back tomorrow. Totally unsatisfactory.....if they would have answered their damn phone when the doctors' office called, they may have gotten the prescription correct. I'm taking my business elsewhere and i'm also filing a complaint with United Healthcare....unbelievable.."
