"This people have zero respect for your time. Came for a 10:15 am appointment at 9:45 and was first seen by tech at 11:15. Then back to the waiting room. Got back in a noon(!) for a second tech test and placed in a room to see the doctor. It is almost 12:30 pm and the doctor is nowhere in sight. First and last visit. What an archaic way to see and upset patients. Big name with zero efficiency."

"Is it me the only person who has experienced negative and offensive attitude from the scheduler agent for appointments at Bascon Palmer Eye Institute? Who is in charge? This needs to stop. I am not saying all the agents are, but this one has a strong accent and immediately gave me attitude and made feel as an ignorant. She maltreated me and I can't believe she works for such a prestigious institution. For you lady!!! go retire!! or change jobs.. you're very rude and lack of patience.. and for you whomever is in charge, go give more training!!! Not because Bascon Palmer is the best of the nation, we have to bear such incompetent people like that lady."

"I see all the negative reviews but have only had a good experience thus far. I have been two years in a row now and saw two different doctors, both of whom were so good, nice, helpful, and professional. The people who help choose frames were patient with me and good at helping me choose frames for my face. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes at the most. I only took off a star because they have two different offices on two different floors and you can't see all of the frames at once. Otherwise, will plan to keep going there."

"This place is a disaster. It took me 37 minutes on hold even though the recording said the wait time is 4 minutes. When I finally got to speak to someone, they told me 40 other patients were in homes! I got disconnected after 10 minutes on hold and had to call back. Stefania spoke terrible English. Although I can speak Spanish, BP in Coral Gables needs more staff and better trained staff to deal with the public. This place inspired zero confidence."
