"The whole process took 10 minutes max - that was the only positive. The last 3-4 years I've gone here and they charge $99 for renewals for employees of dispensaries - they didn't want to honor this discount. The girl who usually helps me wasn't there and I needed my recommendation badly so I paid the full amount. I was told "give us about an hour and we'll place your new recommendation in the system". It's been 3 days, and I was refused service at a dispensary because my recommendation was never put it. I called the number listed and was told I would have to physically go back to the location in South Miami to 'remind' them to put in my order because 'it looks like they just forgot'. The lady kept muting me and putting me on hold then would say "there seems to be a delay on your end" - mind you she had groups of people talking in the background and dogs barking. Remote work isn't for everyone! $150 to 'forget' to do their job. I asked if there was a direct number and was told no. I asked if they could reach out to the location on my behalf and was told no. I asked for a refund since the services I paid for were not fulfilled - and now I have to wait for a call from "Suzette" and they don't know which number she'll be calling from, or the timeframe in which I should expect her call because she's from "billing" and they had to email her my situation. This is MEDICINE you are dealing with and people like myself cannot afford to be without medicine, nor can I just drive 40 minutes back to their office to remind them to do their job. MARIJUANA DOCTOR NEEDS TO DO BETTER!"
