"Do yourself a favor and find another doctor's office. First, the phone line is always busy so you cannot even get through. Second, they schedule appointment times that they DO NOT keep. I waited ALL DAY for a confirmed 9AM appointment. Then a PA called me at 3:20PM and rescheduled me for the following afternoon. The following morning another person called me to cancel that appointment that I had been waiting for for MONTHS. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that honors their appointments, especially ones that you have been waiting for to go over important results."

"I recently went to Dr. Martin’s office when my endocrinologist office closed down. I wish I would’ve seen their office from the beginning because they are AMAZING in every single way. I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable time, before it would usually take months to see a DR, PA or NP. I arrived before my appointment, which is standard for every doctors appointment and I was seen really fast. The staff was very friendly and professional. I saw the Physician Assistant, Kayla, and she was Extremely professional and knowledgable. She took her time to discuss my entire medical history and answer all of my concerns. The treatment came from a place of understanding and empathy, which is very rare to find nowadays. She was extremely helpful and had all the records from my previous healthcare provider. I would recommend their office over and over again for all of the aforementioned reasons. I strongly recommend Kayla and Dr.Martin’s office for all endo related needs. Dr. Yanelis Martin is not only an excellent Doctor but an amazing human being willing to go that extra mile for her patient’s wellness. I have also been treated by her physician assistants Victoria, Natalie, Kayla and Kelly who are very knowledgeable and treat you with respect and compassion which is very rear these days. I have never felt rushed on a consultation, they have listened, comfort and found the best treatment for my ailments.
