"Make appointments with put notification, over book podiatrist and I had to wait for hours.made referral with the wrong Dr."

"Dr. Gonzalez is an extraordinary Professional. Management at this location sucks. Very rude, and unprofessional, they think they are above the law. Someone needs to tell them the fact that each person represents the organization, they are masters of blaming "others" for their negligence. and after that, they insist "You have to give them another chance". Definitely, a place NOT to be to seek well-being, unless YOU are willing to waste valuable time and hear great excuses."

"Scheduled an appointment for a tour. We arrived 5 minutes before schedule and were told to wait. After waiting about 20 minutes,i asked the young man in front if we would be seen. He went to look for the tour guide but didn't find our her but told us towait a few more minutes that she would be coming. After waiting a other 30 minutes we just left without the tour. Needless to say we won't be back and won't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible first impression. Shame on you conviva for wasting people time."

"I love this care center! My husband and I just went this week to get our Covid vaccine. Our experience was great!!! The staff are so nice, friendly, and helpful, the process was made easy and safe for us. Customer service is amazing, if your looking for a place to get vaccinated I definitely recommend going to Conviva Care Center in Cutler Bay."

Of course I've been coming to Dr. Lopez-Alvar for several years with my Dad and he is excellent in all care, pleasant, efficient, friendly, kind (he even helped me through breast cancer).
