"Staff were very friendly, but I had a horrible experience. I was assured that my insurance was accepted and that I would be given costs for extra tests I needed done that weren't covered by my insurance before they were done. I never received those numbers and the staff led me to believe that my already approved insurance would cover them. The whole process took a significant amount of time and was rather haphazard. At the end of the visit I was told my insurance did not cover anything (even basic, routine things that my insurance ALWAYS covers) and I was presented a bill close to a thousand dollars. They even did the testing themselves because they were keeping me from going to Quest Diagnostics: a place that my insurance absolutely covered, and I think that was intentional. I was required to pay a $40 copay nearly every time I went back, even though most of these visits were to simply pick up paperwork. I was a university student at the time. This was my first experience navigating a new doctor's office by myself and they took advantage. Like I said, the staff are lovely, but they are only there to get your money."
