"A pharmacy is only as good as its pharmacist. Ms. Kenya is AWESOME! I called asking for a hard to find and expensive medication on a Friday, and despite not having it in the inventory, she personally called around until she found enough to get my husband through the weekend. You rock Ms. Kenya!"

"So I went to Walgreens today to get my RX refilled, had a few question and was greeted by a girl who was extremely rude! Had a question, attracted me to wait, she stated I needed to calm down and stop attacking her, and wait when all I did was ask a question, then stood there, asked if she had my insurance info, and snapped at me to calm down again she wasn’t on that screen yet, then look up at me and very direct said do you have your insurance card, I gave it to her, she then told me my insurance didn’t cover it, then I said could I use Good RX she very firmly and direct said you have it! I need your card! I was like when I come back I’ll bring it! More happened but just rude! When I went to front to ask to speak to a manager I was told he wasn’t In today did get his name, I work in medical, if I would have ever spoke to someone or acted the way she did I would have been written up or dismissed in a heart beat…. However I will be reaching out to corporate! And to add this is my normal Walgreens that I do everything at never had a problem or issue ever!"

"02/09. The people working tonight extended me a kindness that I didn’t believe existed in the world. They were incredible busy but took the time to help me and the other customers. If you’re a jerk, you don’t deserve to me helped by the people working in the pharmacy."

"This Walgreens location is always very accommodating and while they are very busy they have time and time again worked very well with me as my medications are time sensitive and I cannot lapse on them. They truly understand a sense of urgency and I greatly appreciate the Pharmacists and workers here at this location. Thank you very much."
