"Worse Pharmacy ever. DO NOT go there. They will fill your prescription if you need it or not. I just had surgery 1 week and a half ago and turned in a prescription for pain meds. It's been 4 days and still no call. Called today and they said they couldn't fill it because the Dr. Prescribed too much. That would of been nice to know a few days back. STAY away from this pharmacy and go to one that actually care about patients."

"Beware. This is possibly the worst CVS in Florida. The Pharmacy is a joke. Good luck calling in, as they never EVER pick up the phone. I always have to go in to follow up on any prescriptions that are overdue, and they either tell me it is not available, send me on a wild goose chase to other CVS's to find it, or its still sitting on a shelf because someone is too lazy to fill it. I have since transferred all my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the road and low and behold, when I call someone answers. I even have received follow up calls asking if I am doing ok with my medicine. DO NOT USE THIS CVS."

"I am a new customer of this pharmacy and I have had the worst service in the two months using this store. They couldn’t get one of my medications in (water pill) not a special drug, and so my prescription was delayed two weeks. Another prescription which I came up to the store to tell them I no longer needed, they filled and I continue to get text about it. Another prescription wasn’t filled and I tried to call to check on it and just held for 25 minutes, no one ever answered the phone, and I continued to listened about vaccines offered, over and over. When you go to this pharmacy the lines are so long, car line as well as inside. I am very shocked by the subpar service at this pharmacy. CVS needs to look to the Leadership team and find out what is going on. Terrible service!"

"CVS' auto answering system is HORRIBLE. My experience with their pharmacy staff has been WORSE!! I've honestly NEVER experienced a more frustrating attempt to get a script- "Communication" is non-existent and their staff seem annoyed with ANY questions- I've also NEVER experienced a pharmacy's inability to obtain a medication like CVS!!! EIGHT days after receiving the doctor's order - they still can't fill the script!! HOPELESS !!!!"
