"We have a 13 year old chihuahua who became ill and really bad infection that spread, the little guy couldn’t walk, eat or hardly drink. So you could imagine our stress and anxiety level and worries over this. We where so scared and my wife Crying over this because we thought we were losing him. This place was AMAZING and EVERYONE in there was so friendly, So caring and so welcoming to us. The environment was calming and relaxed They talked to us and explained everything they would do and explained step by step what they would do and reassured us things would be ok. They offered is coffee and drinks and calmed us down. James was so helpful with billing and helped us out filing out forms and gave a big hug to us and recommended a payment option us . Dr Matt Sharp was so supportive and kind and very helpful and Knowledgeable. He went down to eye level with us and made us feel like he really cared and wanted us there and took great care of of our dog poppy. Got the proper meds and antibiotics and even went above and beyond to help us out. He is at home sleeping now and relaxed and even ate his food for first time in days. Every single person there went above and beyond and we will definitely be back for a visit and we definitely get the word out and recognition they deserve. "Brought my cat here because she just wasn’t being herself. She wouldn’t move out of one spot for days. The staff understood my concerns and let me know I was 100% valid for how scared I was for her. They didn’t judge me. They helped her out immediately. All the staff were lovely and so helpful with me AND my cat, making sure she was comfortable the entire time. They also let me stay with her as they were treating her. Thank you guys for helping my baby, if I ever need an emergency vet, this is the place I’m going to. Full diagnostics are a little pricey (as well as most ER vets) but just the treatment is cheap and helpful!"

"I absolutely recommend this pet hospital. When I brought my Mocha (dog) in, she was immediately tended to. We were updated throughout our visit and they even encouraged us to also help with the care of Mocha which made her/our experience much more relaxed. Everyone was very friendly and personally I felt that they treated her as if she were their own. Even watching them care for other pets was astonishing to see. They are very transparent and the level of care is amazing. Thank you !!"

"My little dog needed emergency care after being bit by another dog. We called our regular vet and they were not able to see him immediately and suggested we call VEG, Veterinary Emergency Group. We were able to be seen immediately. The doctor and staff were great and really caring and friendly, making him comfortable while being thorough.
