"Alafia River Animal Hospital has been our vet for 7 years. We are pleased with how they treat our dogs and the care they provide is top notch. They are professional and caring."
"All doctors and staff are really empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly and will explain to you any situation and the best way to help. My cat has been coming here for many years."
"Love this vet!! All of their employees obviously love dogs!! They explain all procedures in detail. We’ve had fantastic experiences with this vet group."
"I brought my little sick kitty here because I couldn’t find anywhere to get her in ASAP. Boy am I glad I did! This place is a true gem, I had hands down the BEST vet experience I’ve ever had. Not only do they offer drop off and pick up which is so convenient for working pet parents but they also truly treated my little Lexi girl like their own. She is all better now and I’m so thankful for the staff here I will certainly be returning to this location. Jen at the front was amazing and so patient explaining everything to me giving me tips from her experiences not once did I feel that they were trying to push unnecessary services to drive up the bill( like you see at most places) I came home that day and told my fiancé well I found our forver vet! 11/10."
"Thanks to this vet, my dog is dead. Went there 11/28/18 They told me it could be 1 of 4 things wrong with her. Then gave me two treatment options to chose from. When ur dog is bleeding and ur crying its hard to choose an option for TREATMENT, when they havent determined whats wrong. How am I suppose to choose a treatment plan, when u said it could be one of 4 things?? They played roulette with my dog. What they SHOULD have done, is take blood, run tests, CONFIRM whats wrong, THEN go over treatment options. Instead, taking blood was the treatment option? Called the next day 11/29/18 when she got worse.....no vet at the office and a RUDE receptionist. My chihuahua died Friday morning 11/30/19. This is my dead dog."
