"THIS IS THE WORST PLACE. STAY AWAY. I CANCELLED MY PLAN MONTHS AGO AFTER I REDICULOUS PROCESS OF CANCELLATION, GISSELA VARGAS CONFIRMED THE CANCELATION, THEY ARE STILL HITTING MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH, NOT ANSWERING MY EMAILS AND NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT."

"This place has very bad service. You have to wait around two or three days in order to set an appointment and the doctors are terrible. I'm thinking about moving elsewhere. Everytime I have to wait two hours until they do anything. The doctors don't seem to be concerned with your health at all. They took my insurance card and said they would mail it back and which they never did. It's a shame for me to say all these things because I'm colombian and the people who work there are colombians."

"Left 6 messages with front desk to refill my medicine and for the last two weeks they keep claiming someone will call me back. Now I’m out of medicine for my thyroid and no one even answer the phone. Staff is horrible and only speaks to you in Spanish. I’m Spanish and they refuse to speak English to anyone. I have seen employees tell patients to speak Spanish or learn it....awful treatment for American people. I’m disgusted... I’m from the same country the owner is and cannot believe this is allowed. You are in America speak English not the other way around! Have some respect ...we are in their country and they allow us to become citizens, ungrateful people learn English and have some respect!!!"

"Super dissatisfied with the services at this place. First of all, the exam rooms are too small and not very clean. I got a physical exam done by Aimee Diaz ARNP. I was ordered a test and they found something, so she ordered me a more detail test. I was obviously very concern and anxious about getting the results of the second test. I called the Medical Assistant Alba, and left her several messages letting her know my insurance was going to expire soon and I needed the results of the test before my insurance expired. I tried calling the front desk and no one ever answered. The MA called me a week later and told me the doctor was out of town. I couldn’t believe how irresponsible the medical staff handled results. I had left her several messages and not once I got a called back, until a week later. One of the days I called, the answering service which is usually after office hours answered and I demanded to speak with the emergency doctor on call. It was Dr. Zamora. I explained to him everything that was happening and he told me “I’m sorry, we have to wait for the doctor to come back to give you the results, I can’t see them in the system” I find it absurd that I had to wait all for the doctor to come back and give me my results after two weeks. Even though my insurance had expired, I decided to go in person and ask for a copy of my results. The doctor was not there, and the medical assistant got upset of how upset I was. She said the doctor was not there and she is not allow to read results over the phone. (She never told me to come in person) I would’ve come in if I was informed. She finally printed the results and gave them to me. Definitely I will not be going back to this place. Avoid yourself a headache."

"I do not recommend this center, they won't get back to you in a timely manner. I called them 3 days ago early in the morning to ask a question regarding a referral. No one answered and I needed to leave a name and number, which is fine. I didn't receive a call back until the next day. The woman on the phone sounded irritated with my situation and then transferred me to the physician assistant (?), who didn't answer and prompted me to leave a voicemail again. I'm on day 3 just trying to understand what I should do and wondering if they'll ever get back to me. Will update review whenever I get called back."
