"First time at this location and I had no issues. I do recommend actually scheduling an appointment instead of walking in since they will take appointments first. I waited 3 hours without an appointment but they will let you know multiple times that the wait is long (2-3 hr wait). A lot of people were complaining about them not doing more walk ins today but they were short staffed and they actually close at 10:30am. I actually only saw 3 people working there trying their best to bring everyone in. For the person below complaining about drop off, all three people were busy doing labs to pick up the specimen, stop being so impatient. Will return again to this location just this time I will schedule an appointment lol."

"Every time I get my blood drawn anywhere I have to get poked at least 3 times in my arms/hands because phlebotomists always have a difficult time getting my blood. The two different times I came to this Tamarac location, the staff was super friendly and got my blood from my arm on the first try. I came 5 minutes early for my appointment both times, and was out within 10 minutes. They’re efficient and quick here, UNLIKE the Coral Springs location where they were running at least 30 minutes behind even with an appointment, needed at least 3 miles staff members to try draw my blood, and they still lost/messed up my blood sample. I only want to use this quest in Tamarac moving forward."

"The worst! On a Saturday. I have never came here and had to wait like this even without an appt. I was the 2nd person on the standby list they took 1 person before me from the list. And then after me waiting over an hour and 30 mins the standby list was at 11 but at 7am the list was 15 meaning they were just taken who they wanted and that's not fair. And then they were taken there time."
