"I think I must have met some different pharmacy people because I was very happy on how the team treated me. The pharmacist wanted to warn me about something from the doctors prescription, and there was no feeling of being rushed or any rudeness. I will 100% use them again."

"I visited the CVS Pharmacy drive-thru located on W. Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL on Monday, Jan 29. Unfortunately, I had such a poor experience with one of the employees named Ariadna (that is the name and spelling on my receipt). She never looked at me or said hello or goodbye. She only asked for my DOB and told me how much was due. She never confirmed my prescription. As a customer, I understand that everyone has bad days, but, this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the service industry! I've been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for several years but because of this individual, I am now considering switching to another local pharmacy. In my opinion, Ariadna should not be working with the public if she is not properly trained in customer service. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the overall service at this CVS Pharmacy location!"

"Horrible customer service experience, especially when using the drive thru option. The staff shows a complete lack of caring or empathy for customers when trying to fill a prescription when there is any sort of procedural issue. I have been constantly let down and disappointed with my experiences at CVS."

"I needed an authorization to fill a prescription using my insurance. My doctor was away and his associates were not at all helpful. The pharmacy manager, Nermine, took up my case and stayed on it until she got help for me. She alone was concerned for me, and she went above and beyond to follow up and make sure I was getting what I needed. This level of service and dedication is so unusual, I can't say enough to compliment her adequately. THANKS NERMINE !"

"They will lie and say they did not get the prescription, or say they are out of stock. This is because they don’t like filling prescription unless you are paying out of pocket. I will also file a complaint on the pharmacist license. This has happened 3 times at this same location. Very bad business ethics needs to lose their license"
