"Horrible customer service. Takes weeks to receive medication. No communication. Terrible product…."

"My first time ordering from this company per my doctor's referral and they had the medication that I paid $250 delivered without requesting a signature but I never received the package. I spoke to Silas Raymond, the pharmacist, who said there is nothing he can do and it is costly forthem to ship with signaturerequest. First of all, I had to wait 2 weeks before they shipped out and now this. I will never order from them again! People when you order your prescription make sure they ship with a signature required. Because if they leave the package and you do not receive expect it a lost on your end."

"Depends on who you get. The guy is super competent, one of the girls seems like it's her first day everytime she helps me. I order a nasty tasting medication so flavoring is important. I have them note my account and remind them multiple times every time I refill of the flavor I want. The last three times they have gotten it wrong. Making my medication so much harder to take. Their response is basically too bad. I have since transferred pharmacies."
