"This location is horrible. The pharmacy is garbage. There is always a problem and lack of communication from this team. No sympathy no empathy. Nothing. My sons inhaler was out of stock and no one could tell me this until I’m due to pick up his inhaler. When I ordered it Friday stressed the importance of needing it was promised and not fulfilled. The manager the male is clearly unable to run this store. Ive made complaints and nothing has happened. Disgusting to be apart of sanford. They need to be included on the revamp because its unacceptable!!!"

"Friendly and professional staff but corporate cuts their hours so there’s no one to answer the phone and the line is always long. CVS corporation can you please keep more people on staff At least in the pharmacy?"

"I went for my daughter's medicine, the woman who was attending was extremely rude since I greeted her, she asked me for my insurance card and I gave it to her, she told me that she could not give it to me because I did not have a group ID, I which was not necessary. I told her that I didn't have it and she told me to call my insurance, and she closed, I had to wait for half an hour for them to open again, and for someone else to attend me so I could explain to the other person what had happened and what she finally gave me my medication, not to mention that she told me that I didn't understand her because I didn't speak her same language, and that I had a "language barrier" that she "couldn't get past"."

"This is the second prescription this pharmacy was unable to fill due to lack of stock. The pharmacy staff is not helpful in finding another CVS which may have the prescription. The store is dirty and disorganized."

"Worst pharmacy. I've given this location so many "tries" because they are close to my house. Every time I try to get an Rx filled there's some kind of issue. Today I spent over 20 min trying to reach them by phone only to find out there is no pharmacist on site and they are trying "to find one to come in" according to one of the CVS staff members. Back to Walgreens I go."
