"I had to bring my dog here for a symptom that scared me he might have cancer. Dr. David F. Wilkinson immediately examined him and diagnosed the problem. He treated it as much as he could there and gave me 2 prescriptions for him and will need to see him for a follow up in 2 weeks. Thankfully, although the condition was serious, it was not cancer. My dog felt so much better that very night. His eyes were bright again and he was at peace and rested very comfortably. It had been some time since I had seen either of those things in him. Dr. Wilkinson is extremely knowledgeable and competent in his ability to care for animals. He and the staff at Heart of Florida Animal Hospital are friendly, caring and compassionate. I would encourage all who need care for their pets to make an appointment with Dr. Wilkinson."
