"Dr. Baseman has been my PCP since I moved to FL 8 years ago. He has been very supportive to both my (late) wife and I. When she started to exhibit unusual symptoms before being diagnosed, he told us we needed to get to either MGH or Mayo to get a better full workup than could be obtained in SWFL. Unfortunately, it was ALS and he supported both of us through the disease. More recently, I (self) tested positive for Covid and after letting him know (through the portal), he personally called a number of times to make sure I was OK. I am now working through sciatica and he and his office set up appointments with a pain dr. and a neurosurgeon as well as a follow-up with him to provide support and relief."

"Dr. Baseman had a month to fill out paperwork for my grandmother to go to assisted living and he has still not completed it, knowing she had already sold her house to get there an having known her for over a decade. He also refused to even look up a vital surgery she was considering and provided absolutely no guidance for why she isn't able to eat or drink without being nauseous. Ever since Covid he has neglected and abandoned his patients. TERRIBLE DOCTOR."

"Saw the doctor for a few minutes once, always saw the PA. When I had an issue and called the earliest appointment I was told was 4 months later. What’s the point of having a primary doctor if you can’t see anyone in the office. One star as the receptionist did call me the following day to ask how I was doing."

"Awesome Dr. and advanced practitioner. He has been my go to medicine mam ( lol) for the last 5 years since I relocated to Florida. I am a 68 yr old healthy male bodybuilder who never gets sick. Fast forward the last 9 months and the good Dr. and nurse practioner Debra sucessfully treated me for the shingles, pneumonia, and last but not least the acid reflux ( gerds ) wow.
