"I really wanted to love this place. My initial impression was the technicians are kind and accommodating and Dr. Acevedo was nice while she seemed rushed and communicates with a sense of urgency, she was also nice. Why the bad review? I brought my dog in for skin issues (dry skin) and (anxiety) I also wanted her anal glands extracted because she was showing signs of irritability. I took her and they provided me medication for allergies, we changed foods and did the anal glands (roughly a $292 visit). Unfortunately, my dog the following day was expressing discomfort from her rear end (this has never happened before). I called and because they were closing within the hour told they told me to go to their sister hospital. I went there. After the hospital visit of ($395) I was provided pain medication to help her discomfort. She had a follow up appointment 3 weeks later for her skin. I brought her in and she was doing much better with her skin and overall. Next day I took my dog to the hospital when I was woken up by her coughing almost as if she had something in her throat. I was shocked when at the hospital they told me my dog had to be admitted for pneumonia. How can my dog have pneumonia undetected when (vitals) is the first item you are billed for. It was so bad the hospital told me had I waited another 24 hours my dog would have been on oxygen support. HOW WAS THIS MISSED? She was seen here twice over a 3-4 week period and no mention. After a $3,500 hospital stay my pup is still recovering. I contacted the vet to speak with her as I was extremely disappointed and concerned about my dog’s wellbeing and her care. I was told she would call me back. It has been a week and no call back from the Dr. The receptionist did call me back the same day to question me about what hospital my pup was seen at and what led me to bring her there almost in an accusatory tone. I have multiple dogs at home and pneumonia is highly contagious among dogs. I have had to take all my dogs to get examined and I can only imagine the exposure to the clinic could make other dogs susceptible. As a dog mom I WOULD NOT take your dog's here. The amount of money, tears and stress I have experienced I can get passed the Dr. not calling me back to check on my dog is the worse."

"Dr. Luz Rodriguez has helped My Boy BO so much . He was a sick dog and is doing so well now . I highly recommend This DR . dont look around go see her . She Listens , Loves , and cares for your pet. Atlas you better hang on to this one . She is indeed the best in the area . "BO DUKE""

They have gone above and beyond what would be expected to ensure both Abby and Wednesday are loved well.
