"Had been taking my labradoodle here for years for grooming & this past year I’ve had two bad visits. one: they cut my dogs butt to the point of bleeding/scabbing. Two: they trimmed her nails too short causing bleeding. In neither situation was I informed of what happened when picking my dog up. If I had been informed upon pickup I’d still be a customer. Maybe just some advice for groomers/owner"
