"This vet is the poorest version of a veterinary I have ever come across. No emergency services, can’t get pets meds filled in a fashionable time and constant fight to get any care out of them. Had to fight them just to get my dogs toes clipped. Don’t waste your money here. Better vets elsewhere. Once their insurance comes due I’m switching out. Done with these people."

"My Pomeranian was there for a checkup and lab work at Lakeland banfield and when the nurse came to take him away my puppy growled at her she said rudely I’m getting a muzzle and if he continues we are not going to see him ! Horrible service she needs a new career if she can’t handle a small Pomeranian. Not to mention she cost the company to lose business and money . Because I said I’m going to another vet . She replied great. I didn’t want to see him anyway! Wow."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold, after 30 minutes it goes to voicemail. They might call you back in 2-3 days. If you ask to speak to a manager they put you on hold and let it run to voicemail. If you call again and ask to speak to the manager immediately, guess what she’s the person answering the phones. She has time to do that, but not to talk to current customers. All of their appointments are drop offs unless you call and specify you want in person and then you have to wait weeks to get in and you don’t get to see the vet you requested. When you drop your dog off they get stuck in a crate for hours with water, but they don’t walk them. One of my dogs won’t pee on herself so she was crying when I came back after a few hours. I told them to bring her to me. They did and I ran her outside to pee. We left. I will not be renewing here. I will not be shopping here. It is a rip off because you can never get to a vet when you need too. If you come here you are wasting your time and money."

"Very disappointed with this location. Very negative interaction when I wanted to bring my sick dog in. They were rude, told me my dog tried to bite a nurse in 2017!!!! He was a puppy!!! It is 2023 now and he knows the drill going into the vet. The snottily told me I needed to medicate before I brought him in to the tune of $46 prescription for Trazadone in order for them to do what they needed to done to find out what could be wrong it was going to be $450. They came to this conclusion without seeing him. The whole conversation was one sided and so rude and condescending. I got the feeling they didn't want to deal with a sick dog so they made it as unpleasant as possible so I wouldn't want to come in. Such a stark difference from the Banfields I dealt with in Washington State, where the 2017 incident happened, and they continued to see my dog without medication. I just might discontinue my health plans and get something else so I can go another place. I just don't trust them anymore."
