"I normally love this place been going there for years. I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done. Today the girl cut my toe during a pedicure didn't even apologize as it bled. Didn't clean excess nail polish around the toes. Didn't let my nails dry before moving from mainicure to pedicure. I go out of my way to go there vs 4 other nailsalons near my home. Very disappointed."

Been going to a different salon in lady lake for months and had someone tell me my nails looked horrible and my technician wasn’t doing a good job… tried JQ and they were SO MUCH BETTER!! Took their time, fixed the other shops problems, and were super friendly!! Will be returning"
"My mom went to get her nails done today. First time here and some guy(the only guy there) did her nails today and it's the worst job I have ever seen her pay for. $76 dollars. The nails are not even straight or painted all the way. She needs someone to fix her nails or give her a REFUND! If you don't know how to do nails don't do it. You were rough and rude to an elderly woman. Very mad customer. Contact her"
