"fantastic great care"
"Fort Myers office staff is wonderful! The Bonita Springs office is a JOKE! Sherry in accounting needs some training in customer service or needs to find a new job! Told them when I arrived I would pay in full since I will never reach my insurance deductible. Saw the doctor for a follow up to get a prescription for heart burn medicine. (lasted about 5 minutes!) I had to re-explain the procedure that was already done in the Fort Myers office since his first diagnosis was incorrect! He then back tracked and agreed and wrote a prescription. I received a new invoice in the mail stating I owe more money. They charged me for a "new patient" since I hadn't been there in 3 years! I was told to follow up every 3-5 years!!! The 'NEW" invoice is only $72.93...I paid $130.60....the new charge for a "new" patient was $250.00. They should have charged that to me when I asked if they were going to charge a new patient fee. My "OLD" records will still available to look at through there system. Really Shady Business! Will Never Go Back!"
