"I cannot say good enough things about this place and people. We took our black lab here after our vet referred us to Dr. Cook. Kobe was the best dog and everyone treated him amazing there. Dr. Cook is honest and to the point. He knew how special our dog was to us. Unfortunately during the MRI, it showed kobe had a brain tumor as well as a spine tumor and we decided to let him go to end his suffering. Dr. Cook not only went through our scans, he also let us say goodbye to our boy and be by his side during his last breathe. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE who is having neurology and spine issues with their animals. Worth every penny spent."

"SCAN has been absolutely wonderful! From agreeing to see our dog Colby on a Friday afternoon, to doing emergency surgery till 8pm the same night, and constantly updating us on how he is doing. We could not have asked for a better team to take care of our baby. All of our questions & more were answered and we felt at ease. Colby is doing amazing and it is all due to the wonderful team at SCAN. Colby went from being partially paralyzed on Friday to up & walking less than 48 hours post surgery. "Couldn’t thank this amazing staff, from the receptionist up front, the vet techs, all staff, and Dr.Cook enough. By far the most compassionate group of people work at this office. My French bulldog went in for emergency back surgery and he’s doing great. Defied a lot of odds against him, and I truly believe the staff helped with that. The level of care, expertise and compassion was phenomenal. They informed me every step of the way and even sent me a few pictures of our boy while he was staying in their hospital.
