"Firstly my phone number on my account was an old number that I no longer have and Gretel updated my account information to make sure I got my reward points. Secondly, my purchase totalled more then my limit would allow and she had my limit increased on the spot so my purchase would go through without alerting other customers and thereby would have embarrassed me. She made sure I was aware of my reward dollars and the dates they can be used. I was very amazed at how kind and friendly she was."
