"Very caring and friendly to both fur babies and their parents . I would definitely recommend Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a vet and staff that will take excellent care of your fur babies."
"all good things to say about this place. everyone has been friendly and super kind to me and my pets. previously had been a few times with my kittens, read reviews that you “can’t go back with your pet” which kind of concerned me. when i was there yesterday all i had to do was ask and they told me “of course”. really my only complaint is i wish they had more seating in the waiting room."
"The people here treat your animals like they are their own and were very pleasant to me.They also filled me in on what was next and what i needed to watch for.I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you all for taking care of the cats for me."
"Amazing care and saved my kitty's life. Kind and caring and recommend everyone go to them. Best of the best !!!"
"If you are looking for low cost vaccines and routine vet exams this facility will suffice. If you are needing any type of emergent or non-standard surgeries I highly recommend looking for another office. I brought my dog in for a simple mass removal on his back, first off after playing phone tag I finally spoke to the lead technician and discussed pricing and scheduling him. No where was I told I needed to pay up front before he was taken back and they wanted me to pay the high estimate instead of the low estimate like I discussed with the lead tech, also never heard or spoke to the vet during this entire process. Then after his surgery and bringing him home I noticed the stitches were spaced very far apart and appeared loose. I ended up being correct when just a few days later 3 of the stitches came undone, not pulled or cut just completely undone. We ended up taking him to the UF after hours emergency hospital where the compassion was beyond exceptional. Two technicians came and sat with us before he was even taken back and explained to us everything in detail. The first technician took notes and our concerns with the area in question, then the second technician explained the clinics policy and the estimated pricing. After he was taken back and sutures were restitched I received a phone call from the vet who preformed the surgery and again she explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. I understand this is a low cost vet clinic but I didn't expect to have low effort services."
