"The Pharmacy staff at my location is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My Rx dosage was incorrect and Melissa went above and beyond in getting it resolved. CVS is my and my family's pharmacy/drug store of choice!"

"just put someone with a smile out there instead of this angry ,mad person, melissa . and would not fill all my prescriptions' and said they were all ready filled , she offered no help just a rude roll of her eyes when I told her I used tele doctor . I will never go back there because this person is rude and nasty towards everyone I see in line ."

"Hire enough people and people that care. If I could give no stars for the pharmacy I would. The pharmacy is obviously understaffed and the staff they have does not care. I feel bad for the store manager as I have had numerous interactions with him and he is a nice man who does seem to care, always working hard and pleasant."

"This CVS pharmacy is NOT open at 9. It is not open at 9:30. It is open when it's employees says it's open. Noone is there to answer the phones. They change people left and right. Dropped of a prescription and the tech sat there and stared at it for a good 40 seconds before asking for an ID then goes on to tell me " If it's Valid it will be filled tomorrow ". I mean, get some real people who know how to do their jobs effectively and professionally. This is unacceptable."

"They are showing old reviews because their service is horrible and they don't treat customers well, don't answer phones. Pharmacist isn't available to the customers and they are rude to you. They aren't showing you relevant and newest reviews, because of ratings being so low. Shame on CVS. Shows dishonesty. I left because it had gotten so bad. Let's see if this gets deleted. My other one along with so many others bringing their honest number down around 2. ."
