"Great exp over all. My yellow cat was thoroughly examined quickly. Then we had to wait over an hour for veterinarian to much was fine. My first suggestion would be to offer or just bring in basic needs if there is a long wait. Such as water, food and a towel or blanket. The exam room was chilly. My cat had been missing for hours and was hangry. My 2nd suggestion would be to go ahead and apply topical med on pet. I did like how I was able to pay in exam room. Very convenient. A tv in the exam room would be nice or at least some soothing cat music. Soothing music would drown out the “scary” sounds like dogs barking. Very clean. Very professional. Very thorough"

"We came here on vacation, my poor Shitzu/Maltese started having an issue and I called Animal Care where they got me in right away. There was no hidden fees, I got quotes over the phone. As soon as we arrived they created us very nicely, When we got called in to a room and the tech came in to see my Daisy the the tech was super sweet with her and made her feel comfortable, she examined her and let me know right away the issue and told me she would also need the vet so examine her for her issue. All was done and taken care of in a matter of a couple of hours, my Daisy didn’t even have to stay over night, she’s recuperating with us in our condo. Very very professional staff I highly recommend this animal hospital. Thank you!!!"

"We had a great experience at Animal Care Center. We were staying near Port St. Joe and our little pup became very ill. Vomiting and shaking. On a Saturday afternoon there were no vets open near us. After a desperate google search I found Animal care Center and gave them a call. They were upfront on the phone about exam fees and that diagnostics etc. would be extra. They also said there may be a wait when we arrived. I understood and we decided to make the hour and a half drive there. The staff was professional and kind to our little guy. Our vet tech and the vet were both fantastic and so sweet to him. They came up with a treatment plan and treated him. We also needed meds to treat his anxiety on our trip, they had the meds right there, which was perfect. It may have been a slower afternoon, but we were in and out of there in about an hour. It was well worth the drive. The prices are very similar to my vet in atlanta. Just the exam fee was a little higher but that usually is the case with any emergency type vets I've used. Actually, this is on the cheaper end of urgent care exam fees in my experience. This is a great office, great staff, clean and their prices are fair. I'd highly recommend them."
