"Dr. shular is amazing, caring and knowledgeable and all the staff are very friendly also. The only issue I have is with Dr. Shular's male tech who speaks to the patient before she enters the room, not that I would call how he interacts with the patient is speaking, I would call it more of an interrogation, in a very demeaning manner, when my daughter was trying to describe what she has and is still experiencing. We could even overhear him outside the exam room basically calling my daughter a liar about her previous diagnosis but the doctor did confirm her diagnosis. However due to the techs behavior my daughter was not able to explain all that she has been experiencing. He has no empathy or bedside manner and he needs putting in check! This experience really upset my daughter."

"I had a tear in my retina while on vacation and needed emergency laser surgery. Dr Maggie Shuler and her staff got me in immediately. The office staff are very kind people. I observed them with other patients in the waiting room and everyone was treated with patience and respect. Dr. Shuler is very professional, she took the time to explain my situation and she VERY skilled in surgery. I left with my retina back in tact, no pain, & no further issues. She is the BEST!"

"I am not a patient of this practice, nor are any of my family members. I actually called to find out if they would see my daughter for a somewhat urgent matter. Jennifer is the woman who took my call. I explained to her my very in depth situation that involved a long night in multiple ERs from PCB to Pensacola, an appointment with another opthalmologist, and a referral to another provider closer to home for tomorrow afternoon that was cancelled due to my child being a minor. She allowed me to spill all of this information to her and then not only offered to help me with suggestions of another provider, but she actually called another office for me and explained the situation to them and then gave me their information because they are willing to help my daughter. I've never experienced this kindness from an office we were not patients with, but I am beyond grateful that she was so kind, understanding, and so very helpful! Thank you so much Jennifer, I am so happy that you answered the phone today and helped me the way you did!!"

I have experienced 15 to 30 minute "wait periods" following Check-In. Total "Start to Finish" times depend on the nature of care required, treatment outcomes, etc. OPINION: Our Vision is a Supernatural Miracle/Gift from God. Science can neither explain nor replicate it. That said, Sciences is advancing Vision-Based Treatment, Repair and Care Protocols. In this Arena, RSI provides "Medical Best Care".
