If you are searching and truly in need for "The Therapist" that can direct you on the correct path, whether you like it or not, Leticia is an absolute must! As I have often compared her to "Hellen Keller's Teacher!" When a Mother is in need for herself or her child or adult child, you stop at nothing until you find the one and that was Leticia for our family. "The other person's experience is by far not the norm. Easy to make appointments. They have automatic reminder text and emails like many places. More than one member of the family goes. They are great with young ones. My child once called it his happy place. Everyone is sweet, but will still tell you what is needed to make things better - exactly what I need. We love them. The newest additions, therapy pups are a big hit. I recommend them highly and so do others I know. Together we are working towards a better ADHD family dynamic."

"There is nothing better than to convince a good friend to get mental health help only to have those mental health professionals A) Not return calls B) Not confirm appointments unless you specifically call to find out, C) Say "Yes you are covered by your insurance" when in fact you are not, and D) have that person give up on mental health counseling, YET AGAIN, because these people at this business seem to think it should be difficult for people to get help. They sure didn't make it easy. Can I give a negative star? -10 stars. I consider mental health too important a field to jack up so thoroughly on the stuff that is supposed to be simple."
