"I would like to begin this review by expressing my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mrs. "Fo Fo" and the other cashiers. Their warm smiles and friendly demeanor made my visit to the store a pleasant experience. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Jennifer, who works at the service desk. Throughout my interactions with her on multiple occasions, I have consistently encountered a rude and dismissive attitude. Her constant frowning and curt responses create an unpleasant atmosphere for customers. Despite my attempts to engage in friendly conversation, she responded in a curt and unwelcoming manner. While I acknowledge the positive experience with the cashiers, I feel compelled to rate my overall experience with the store as two stars due to the negative interactions with Jennifer."

"The staff is always warm, friendly, and helpful! I love the BOGO deals. Being able to use my multiplier to save up points is great! Who doesn't love free grocery money?!"

"Female butcher had a bad attitude. When I told cashier that no one was back in meat and seafood department and that the weekend sale section was completely empty. I had used butcher bell(couldn't hear ring)with no response. This was unusual, she apparently was standing behind me and told me there was someone in the department and maybe they were helping someone else-no they weren't I was patient and watched for them for approx 10 min there were other customers doing the same. I told her I thought maybe the buzzer wasn't working and her reply was it was working just fine, she also told me in front of cashier that the section I was talking about was full. After checking out I went back to meat department, there was another butcher stocking section, it was less than half full when I got back there(meaning it wasn't stocked when she said that to me). This butcher should not be allowed to talk or be around customers she not only knowingly told an untruth (in what I perceived as CYA)her attitude wasn't even close to the Winn Dixie service attitude I've been accustomed to for over 20 years at this store. I've waited several days before posting this and thought carefully before doing so. Even if she was having a bad day, I wasn't rude to her or the cashier and there was no reason for her to act the way she did. A simple I'm sorry you weren't taken care of I believe someone is back there now stocking and I'll check the buzzer. I appreciate your patience."

"The atmosphere of Winn Dixie is so calm as opposed to the Walmart next door. Even if the money total ends up a little over Walmart's prices, it is now worth every penny to me."
