"Been going here for 2 yrs. since they are in my network of doctors. I love their new facility and the front desk gal is super at what she does. They are good with appt. reminders and call backs. They also have the capability of drawing blood for analysis. This is where my dissatisfaction lies—unless I’m sick I only go to the doctor once a year for blood work and checkup. Although I liked the traveling doc attending all she did was listen to my heart! Never looked in my eyes, ears, nose or throat or checked the glands on my neck. Why bother going, my heart was beating when I walked in. Didn’t need to listen. A waste of time and Ins. dollars. Will be changing my Medicare Ins. so I can return to my previous doctor who I loved."

"This office continually "dogged" me to make an appointment after I selected them for my doctor listed.(Medicare Advantage). I recieve my Care at Bay Pines VA Medical Center. Had Shoulder Replacement surgery in December. I've continued to have great care from Bay Pines. It was totally CLEAR after their repeated Nagging Calls That Optum or at least, this office and/ or doctor feeds off the Tax Payer Medicare Dollars. I gave the doctor my most recent lab tests from Bay Pines!! He tried " Big Time" to find something wrong. Even after I reiterated that I recieve great care at Bay Pines. II would not recommend any person select Optum."
