"This is the worst Dr office I have been to in my 47 years. I had an infection in my leg that retired antibiotics. Dr Alpert prescribed doxy which seemed to help. The infection/swelling had gone down some through my 10 days of being on them but was still present. I requested a refill until I could get back in to see the doctor the following week. My request was reviewed but unanswered. I called in on Monday to see what the issue was and the woman said she would escalate it to his assistant Catherine. Again no response. I called back on Tuesday and a different lady said that they reviewed the request but decided to wait for my upcoming appointment. 5 days of having an active infection seems to be okay for this place. I would skip this practice if you are looking for good healthcare."
