"As usual, excellent experience. I have known the Meares/Gibson practice for over 32 years. First professionally the personally when I became a patient. I moved away from Orlando almost 9 years ago and still drive 2 hours (sometimes 2.5-3.5 depending on I4 traffic) to keep my appointments with Dr. Meares. The change to Orlando Health's centralized phone system, however, can be very challenging. You cannot reach the office directly or leave a message directly. Endless hold with at times repeated calls. Just wastes time! Orlando Health issue though, NOT Physician Associates."

I had an urgent question regarding an upcoming. appointment and could not reach the office directly or leave a message. Endless hold with repeated calls. Finally had to drive there to ask in person. Ridiculous. The staff there was just as frustrated because they are hearing the same from other patients. Go back to the way it used to be or risk losing more patients! Again, Dr. Gibson and his staff are outstanding, the Orlando Health customer interface is the problem."
