"So far good. New Patient. I felt Dr. Cruz-Pacheco, was attentive and personable. As a new patient, she took her time to get to know me. The 2nd time around, she was a zombie. Maybe tired. I get it. But you said a patient for blood work and they have concerns and all she cares about it Covid when there’s so much more to discuss. What kind of doctor is that? She doesn’t care. Who knows, maybe she’s getting an extra in her paycheck for this Covid test. All I know is that no matter how busy you are, make time for the patients concerns. Disappointed. Hopefully someone better or close to better."

"Dont like the services from this clinic. I’ve been a patient for 3 years, my primary doctor is Cruz, which I’ve never meet, the times that’ve waited and waited to be seen has always ended up with a NP. Today I go for my physical exam with Dr. Rivera 2:45pm, arrive at 2:34, 3:20 and I still waiting in the waiting room, I hear front desk calling to reschedule appointments that didn't show up today, and I see nurses walking and hanging out through the glass door, no one “available” to take vitals. They don't seem busy to me. One of the ladies at the front desk opens the glass door to talk to one of the nurses to see what is the hold up, and the nurse frowns and argues softly with front desk lady, I hear a swear word in spanish from the nurses mouth. It was embarrassing, to this I get up and I told the front desk lady that I was leaving, I had to return to work on time. Coincidence or not frown nurse calls me in, but I tell her that I have to leave because I need to return to work on time. The level of disregard and disrespect towards clients personal time in this clinic is absurd, you already schedule ahead a time the appointment, you plan your week and your day to make sure you dont miss your appointment, you get there earlier, and somehow that is not enough time for the Doctors “busy” schedule….always…always “behind”….Time to look for new clinic…"

"Excellent Doctors, but horrible front end staff. Very Unprofessional.I came in for an appointment on 08/28. I had a text message that told me that I had an appointment for 10:15am. The front desk attendant had a nasty attitude, stating to me that I dont have an appointment even tho I had messages in my phone from PHCA that showed that I had an appointment. I asked to speak to the Office Manager due to having a complaint concerning why the PCP keeps changing. The front desk attendant began to have even a more nasty attitude. I had just got off the phone with arranging a ride home and when I came to the desk. The Office Manager herself had an attitude and was printing random paperwork that had nothing to do with my concern, she neither listened or even tried to understand the issue that I was having. I noticed with this office. They are very quick to have an attitude and rush people office instead of assisting the patient with their concerns. I watched the front desk attendant have a nasty attitude with other patients as well. I immediately switched my PCP. I will never again return to this office. Very unprofessional, untrained, and not helpful at all."
