"Seems to be a trend at this office with horrible customer service and a frustrating experience. Was a Jena Medical patient and they called to schedule my follow up appt which was prepaid and when I got there, they wanted to charge an extra $250. I don't think so. Especially with the bad impression and bad customer service. Too many other doctors to choose from."

"Canceled all unvaccinated patients without regard to their medical history or immunity status. NOT REAL DOCTORS Remember your Hippocratic oath!! DO NO HARM Update... FYI, I have been going to this Dr office for years without any issues with same insurance and never missed a copayment or late charge. Coincidence that now they have decided to discriminate against me and I get a bill? Billing dept did not charge my insurance for entire 2021, did not find out until recently with a rather large bill and a very shady excuse. Within days of each other I received the bill from office and collections company. When asked the horrid person from billing she said "you should have taken care of this month's ago" as her reply to why I got the bill. But would not explain how it why it happened in the first place. Of course they waited to long to notify me that my insurance will not pay due to the services being over I days ago. Very deceitful and shady practices."

"Disappointed, I spent an hour with my 9 month old son waiting at Quest to get my blood work done, when I was called back the tech informs me that my doctor's office had given the wrong order, they gave me someone's else's order with their personal information. I called the office, left a message and no one ever called back. I called again asking for management, who supposedly was in a meeting, they send my order to the Quest and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Wasted my entire morning!"

"DO NOT GO HERE! The worst doctors office I have ever been to. Now requires patients to be vaccinated for office visits. The office manager is very unprofessional with his name calling and profanity and screams over you when your trying to talk to him and he will not let you speak. They get different doctors and nurse practitioners every 6 months or so. After speaking with the office manager, I know why they keep leaving. I was now on my 3rd after about 11/2 years. Ridiculous! Do not waste your time! I will never go here again!"

"The rudest and most incompetent staff I have ever come across in a physician's office. Love Dr. Ahmed, but I've had it with the nurses and front desk staff, they fight you on everything. Jayme is the worst. She is rude and combative every time I deal with her. Thinks she knows everything, makes decisions without conferring with the doctor. Been going there for years, and every time I call or go up there, I tell myself that it's time to find a new doctor. Ashamed I put up with it as long as I have, but finally had enough. Dr. Ahmed, do yourself a favor and hire people who treat your patients with at least a little bit of respect, and aren't on a power trip."
