"I had called for my son because I was gonna pay for his evaluation- so I called to set up and they said he had an appointment at 4:00 and they would send an intake form. We’ll we waiting for the form and it never came so last night I cancelled and went somewhere else thst did what they said they would do they charged me upfront which is weird 125.00 and because it was cancelled and a no call schedule was done they won’t refund my money.. he had to do the intake prior to the evaluation. And why do they ask for the money upfront that is just crazy.. taking to bbb as well good luck people. Also was not informed on any paperwork nor on a scheduling call"
