"We are from out of town and my fur baby became very sick and unable to walk. Called several vets and one called back VERY late and the other was too busy and could not see him. Animal Medical returned our call and happily gave us an appointment. ALL staff were wonderful to us and our dog. The vet was even on the floor assessing the situation. Our dog is recouping well now and thank you will never be enough. Place to go!!!!"

"Our visit with Katie and Dr. Brumby was great, and they were both wonderful with our new puppy. However, the front desk staff lacks customer service. There's nothing quite like standing at a desk and being ignored while you wait to check in or check out. I personally thought they weren't very friendly either. If I based my visit on the first person I met at their office, I definitely would not return. UPDATE - I am extremely disappointed in this office and the doctors that work here. There is zero emergency after hours care provided. Our pup had surgery that cost almost $500 and one incision opened on Saturday. To our surprise, there was NO ONE to help us. Their recording directed us to Mobile or Pensacola. Those offices charge extremely high prices for emergency visits. It's really sad at the amount of money this office charges, but takes no accountability for surgery patients after hours. Luckily, we were able to find someone locally to help us and our pup is doing well - no thanks to this office. The doctor finally called me back on Monday at 8:30am, so I showed her the same gratitude and sent her to voicemail. We will not have any other services done here and wish I never went here to begin with."
