"I would like to say that the hospital in front of the Franklin clinic was wonderful but I could not figure out why halfway into the visits Miss Christian my wife's doctor decided to gaslight her and not speak with her and pushed her off completely over to the doctors at the hospital they would schedule appointments for us to go to their clinic then they would make us leave and go next door we would have to wait hours and hours on end although we spent $30 in fuel to drive an hour and a half to come to the clinic because of the experiences we had with our other two children was wonderful but now everybody acts like they don't answer the phone calls they're very narcissistic and they like to gaslight you and we don't understand that when we're just there to have a wonderful experience we are proud of our children that we had but we're not proud of the service of the Franklin clinic the hospital on the other hand was wonderful and the doctor that delivered our baby couldn't have done a better job"

"If I could give a negative, I would. This has been a year long struggle now. I was having female problems, went to the Robertsdale location, and the nurse practitioner there was amazing. She ran tests and told me to see the OB in Foley. WELL! I went, had a Medicaid card that they took a copy of (it only qualified for family planning). I went to the back and met a man that could not care less about me. Dr. Wess left the room twice to talk about trees that fell in his front yard after the hurricane. Yea... he discussed fallen trees with me but could not remember anything I had said during the exam. He suggested an extra birth control to help with symptoms, then said we were done. I walked out of the room to the back desk, and he came walking back through. I had to catch his attention to remind him that I needed antibiotics. Atleast I got those, not the extra birth control that we agreed I needed. As time went, I have found out that they did not try to bill Medicaid, and the wonderful Dr (that was distracted by TREES, instead of my UTERUS) coded my visit as just a regular office visit. And it has to be coded properly for Medicaid to accept, so now I get to pay some a-hole out of pocket for not caring about me, and looking inside my vjj. Note: after I left this review and a lot of back and forth, this office did correct the coding. However, I will leave this up because no woman should be treated like this."

"Doctor is great! Good old country doctor with great bedside manner. That’s about the only good thing I can say about them. I go to the Foley office (or did) but looking for new primary care. Staff can be pleasant (at times,) but getting prescriptions, getting an appointment in a timely manner, getting billing correct, and getting through the phone system is a nightmare. Could be a class A operation if organized properly and improved customer service training."

"BE AWARE OF THEIR BILLING PRACTICES!!!! My rate is for the BILLING DEPARTMENT. They are know as low income clinic provider BUT if you do have insurance you will end paying more here for any service than going to a private doctor. I am receiving bills from their office since my first visit plus from my BCBS provider after being there for a PREVENTIVE consultation. When I called asking why I was being charge for their preventive services with a nurse, the billing department just told me that I should call my insurance to find out why they refuse coverage. Found out that they got me in the system with codes as a CHILD and for that reason every ADULT preventive service is being denied by my plan. This is unacceptable !"
