PetSmart Grooming

"Well to start off this review is not a representation of all PETSMART grooming salons. This is strictly regarding the PETSMART grooming salon on 140 ave and Kendall drive in Miami Fl . So we walked in to an 5p’ approximately 30 minutes late this we have a 2 year old toddler and a 1 year old Weimaraner so things usually are pretty hectic. While this salon was not being staffed you could hear one employee in the back assuming (Sabrina ) the groomer on duty screaming at a dog in a cage or a dog that she was blow drying you could hear a lot of anger in the room. In comes another employee and we let her know that we are late for our appointment at that moment she goes to the back speaks with Sabrina and shortly come back out and lets us know that they will not be bathing Luna with a massive attitude. We explained that there was a 6 pm appointment available and they would have to honor that hour if we booked it and that employee looked at us and said we don’t need to honor any appointment that we don’t want. So at this point we go to the front of the store and ask to speak with a manager. After a few minutes the manager appears with I would assume would be a team lead and the groomer that had a massive attitude. We explained to the manager everything that transpired and the groomer standing behind the manager with a very disgruntled face at the moment that we let the manager know there was a 6 pm appointment and asked would they need to honor this appointment the manager said yea. At that moment the young groomer sat in the background said no I asked the manager to look at her employee. The employee continued dismissing her manager and saying that absolutely not they do not have to honor any appointment that they don’t want. As a dog owner that only grooms their pet at PETSMART location is was very sad to have such a horrible experience with people that we trust with our fur family. It was a very real experience hearing how that employee was treating those dogs in the back. Needless to say don’t take your pets to this locationIf you don’t like animals don’t work with them."

"I brought my kitten here to get spayed. I was very pleased with the high competence and communication skills of both doctors. The staff took very good care of my pet. Plus, the cost was reasonable. I would not hesitate to bring her back here for veterinary services."

"I was flying the drone close to here when my wife call me to get our dog food, so I stopped by here and o found out that the have different animals for sale and also to adopt, the store is super clean and organized the employees are very friendly and helpful, here some videos of the pets that I saw when I was on the store."
