"Although I love Dr. Martin, the receptionists at this establishment are unbelievably unhelpful, unprofessional and unorganized. It is beyond impossible to get messages relayed to your doctor, there is absolutely no communication between receptionists and they’re guaranteed to sound bothered and flippant regardless of the urgency of why you’re calling. It’s unfortunate that the quality of service at the reception desk is enough for me to leave this group after 5+ years of being a patient. Enough is enough. If you ever need a re-fill for your prescriptions, good luck."

We are also familiar with Tiffany Wood and Alicia Martin. The facility is easily accessible, in a great location, and the desk staff is helpful and efficient"

"Dr. Martin is a total rockstar. My daughter has been going here for years! She is always so eager to help in any way and always stays on top of everything. The office staff is extremely kind and makes us feel welcome every time we step in the door even though my daughter is wild and runs around the waiting room being loud. I recommend Dr. Martin to everyone who needs a pediatric psychiatrist. We love her and are so grateful she’s our doctor."

"I was a patient there for several visits, over the course of which my experience continued to decline. From long wait times, to no notice when they had to cancel on me, and exorbitant no show fees of $200. During the visit sessions themselves I felt I was not listened to, often met with judgemental looks and remarks when describing my mental health issues. Many of my questions went unanswered, and the doctor could give little reason as to why she recommended the drugs she did. Sessions were always rushed, even after long wait times. After getting me on a med, they then only prescribed 30 days worth, and after learning that I was doing well on it, refused to prescribe more, and charge 35$ fee just to renew the prescription without an office visit, while also advising not the abruptly discontinue usage of the drug. This seems overwhelmingly disingenuous to take advantage of people who need mental health support and use their prescription as a way to coerce money from them."

"I can only speak for the Dr. that I see and the front desk staff, but from what I've seen, they're great. The desk staff are always cheery and helpful and my doctor is fantastic. Mileage may vary since there's quite a few doctors who practice out of this building. Also, being charged a no-show fee is almost always discussed by the desk staff at ANY clinic and is common practice just about everywhere."
