"I have had more than an average share of medical appoints over the last decade. I was expecting just another uptight, nerve-wracking, cold demeanor lab atmosphere. So pleasantly surprised it was the complete opposite! Front office and scheduling staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman who conducted my MRI was the same. The environment is not intimidating; even the waiting room up front is more like a nice sitting room with couches. I felt safe my items were secure during my scan, as they are fully locked in their own room, and no gown is needed - you get to stay in your own clothes. I typically prepare myself for medical appts, knowing my anxiety and autism spectrum disorder traits will flare up from stress. But nope! They provide music during your MRI to help lessen machine sounds, and I actually fell asleep probably half of the MRI scan. 10/10 recommend, they also provide option to self-pay, instead of the large out of pocket costs when trying with insurance. Last, you actually get your results, scans and report emailed to you thru a secure portal, with the ability to email and give access to your specialty doctors."

"This is the best place to go for an MRI, my experience was better than I ever expected, I was treated with much care ❤️ they were great, I was so scared, but the 2 technicians, were awesome, put headphones in my ears, and wow. That was a great sound, the headphones were so crisp and clear, and just made a scary cat. Me, not scared at all, I would give more stars if allowed"
