"Absolutely terrible would give zero stars if possible. Ordered mild wings a cheese pizza and the tour of Italy. Almost two hours later I received a squashed pizza, bbq wings, and no tour. I called the store and all they were willing to do was r make the tour of Italy and bring it back to me but by this time I didn’t want it by the time it would’ve arrived so I just asked I’d they would refund the tour and I would just keep the messed up order. Well they never refunded my order. Highly don’t recommended eating here"

"Placed delivery order and was told 45 mins. When an hour and half passed I tried to call. Had to call over 20 times before anyone answered. They said my order had already been out for delivery. It was another 30+ mins before it arrived. As to be expected, everything was cold. We ordered a white pizza, garlic bread and manicotti. All three lacked flavor and freshness. They left out the marinara sauces I asked for extra of, and I’m Sure I was charged for. Garlic bread was just thrown in a Togo box and was awful. Manicotti had zero flavor and was just soaked soggy noodles in a flavorless oily sauce. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. 100% not worth it unless you like waiting 2 hrs for disgusting cold flavorless food."

"We came here from a flyer left at our hotel door. First off i want to start by saying the food was 100% delicious…all of it. the reason for 4/5 stars is because there is room for improvement. we spent $80 on all that is pictured, which i think is a great price! however those cheese sticks definitely aren’t worth $11…there being 6pc and their quite small. you can get a bigger serving of another appetizer for much cheaper. also the extra sauces are $1 and their quite literally barley even half full. also they forgot some of our extras but we didn’t say anything because it happens. it is a small place for having such a big menu but i appreciate the big menu because the bigger well known restaurants here in panama have very limited menus. the service was good, employees were friendly and fast. as far as “atmosphere” goes, it wasn’t great because all of the employees were on their phones or standing around in down time. again not a big deal for me but the food was very very good. i do recommend this place."
