"When it ro buy lotto tickets, girl behind counter was extremely rude. First tells me the machine is down. Then she said I would need to wait 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes she then says I need to have exact change in order to buy the tickets. She obviously did not want to sell me the tickets and the whole thing made no sense. She was very nasty and rude"
"I always start by saying if I can give 0 stars I would. Legally, the law states that anyone buying alcohol and tobacco products have to show their ID***aparantly if you look 40 and under*** and I’m okay with that. Thankfully, I’m blessed in the aging department because I look younger than I appear. My issue is employee A, whom has blatantly ignored the fact that she had an encounter with a customer regarding their ID, decided to be spiteful and in my opinion the reason why is because she feels entitled to since the store DOESN’T have a rule that says you HAVE to ID all customers who are considered a “regular” or not which then resulted with her having a bad customer service experience. So if you don’t want to feel discrimination against you not being a “regular” then I suggest you go elsewhere. I’m considered a regular customer at the Circle K and they ask me for my ID every time and I show it to them, no problem. The problem occurs when there’s people in line ahead of you, who are not asked to show their ID because they are considered a “regular” but then ask the next person who isn’t considered a “regular”, for theirs; EVEN after having an encounter regarding showing proof of identification with the employee A!!! I just found out from employee B that I’m banned from the store because she claims I “went off” on employee A when that is a lie. I asked for gas and the cooperate number but employee A didn’t give it to me and instead proceeded to explain why both employees can do what they want to do at that store and I responded with why I felt like she didn’t handle the situation properly. The employees were busy explaining instead of doing their jobs which ended up creating a line; had they just gave me the number and let me pay for my gas then the situation wouldn’t have escalated into a big mess. That’s when another customer verbally attacked me and I said what I said to the customer so by this point employee A had disappeared. Please believe I could care less about ever spending another dime at this store and I will be fighting this matter legally because if you have to ID one person then the same goes for EVERYBODY! ***Update: so I talk to the regional manager Dave who informed me that I’m NOT banned but I don’t even want to go back there until they get some better employees and I’m sure that’ll be soon cause they’re always hiring new employees every time you turn around (hence the employees aren’t even regular people cause they change like the weather)***"
"The gas and diesel tank has water in them. I have had a drain tanks three times. Wont be getting gas or diesel there again"
"The rudest manager Robert is the first name and will not disclose last name. On duty today at 9:30 a.m. Friday, 2/17. Pump 11 was not functioning properly and in front of the many customers told me my card was declined. After embarrassing me it was my third time going inside the store that he gave the explanation that it happens when I put pump back in and tore the receipt I showed him that my receipt was approved. So ARROGANT and SUPER SUPER RUDE-worst manager I encountered so far!"
